Mrs. Dilma Rousseff, President of the New Development Bank (NDB), held a series of meetings with distinguished leaders and heads of delegations from BRICS Plus/Outreach countries. These meetings were held on the sidelines of the 16th BRICS Summit in Kazan, Russia. NDB President met with H.E.
