Let me give the floor to the Chairman of  the BRICS BUSINESS COUNCIL Mr. Karin 

Thank you respect Dear HEADS OF STATE AND GOVERNMENT, Dear participants of the meeting this year, the BRICS BUSINESS COUNCIL continued to actively 

PROMOTE FLAGSHIP INITIATIVES AIMED AT STRENGTHENING the BRICS PARTNERSHIP. I would like to note that in our work we tried, firstly, to maintain the continuity of the STORY OF OUR BUSINESS COUNCIL and, secondly, to supplement with new relevant initiatives in accordance with the Bine community of OUR COUNTRIES, while priority attention was paid to the harmonious integration into our work of representatives of the new BRICS member states 

as the culmination of OUR AGENDA was the large-scale business forum BRICS, held on October 18 of this year in Moscow, in which over a thousand representatives from almost all relevant areas of business cooperation took part. 

Within the framework of the forum, the winners of the international competition for the best BRICS practices and the competition for women's startups 

BRICS were also awarded. The main results of the forum and proposals developed BRICS business council formed the basis for the annual report, which we present for your consideration in accordance with the established procedure. Basically, in this document we included 46 recommendations for the further development of cooperation in the context of the following main areas infrastructure transport and logistics financial services investments agriculture trade international cooperation digital economy and artificial intelligence, energy Green economy and climate aviation industry professional training rapo as a primary condition for expanding international trade, much attention in the work of the council was paid to strengthening transport and logistics interconnectedness development of international transport corridors development of modern intermodal logistics solutions creation of seamless transport infrastructure. 

WTO Priority issue this year is associated with the formation of a stable financial system BRICS in this regard, much attention was paid to the development within the framework of BRICS of new mechanisms for international settlements payment services compilation of BRICS CREDIT RATINGS, as well as the issue of developing cooperation in insurance markets. 

The third priority is the work of the business council in the shadow of the cooperation in the field of artificial intelligence in this context, the efforts of the business council were aimed at promoting initiatives that contribute to the creation of a unified digital infrastructure, the joint use of biometric identification systems, the development of information security and digital inclusion. 

In addition, an important place on the agenda of the business council was occupied by the issue of food security, cooperation in the field of investments sustainable development as well as ensuring the technological sovereignty of the BRICS

Dear Vladimir, Vladimirovich, Dear heads of state and government, today, in the context of the existing political and economic transformations, we continue to see serious aspirations of the business circles of the BRICS countries for further joint actions to build and deepen business contacts and search for new drivers of economic growth for the benefit of strengthening ties between our countries, improving the quality of life, well-being of citizens of the BRICS member states, based on the experience of the business council this year, we can confidently say that the BRICS business community, chambers of commerce and industry, committees for the development of international trade, industry unions, associations of entrepreneurs, firms and companies are ready for constructive work to improve economic ties for the purpose of fair and mutually beneficial cooperation, in conclusion I would like to say, 

Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich, Dear heads of state and government, that the BRICS Business Council aims to continue to fully promote the development and realization of the potential of economic cooperation of the association, guided by the principle of continuity of openness, mutual trust, respect and taking into account the interests of each side.
